Description

Farm to table Eastern Mediterranean food. We use organic flour to make our bread and fatayer -stuffed and baked pita pockets--, our food is made from scratch everyday using olive oil and fresh produce. We are able to address any food allergies. We have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free items.

We prefer products of ecologically sustainable cultivation, fair trade, species-appropriate animal husbandry, short transport routes.

Gluten free and vegan fatayers 6.95 USD

Fatayer is baked stuffed dough. We make our own gluten free flour mixture using only organic flours. We make the gluten free dough and then stuff it with variety of vegan stuffing. We have eggplant with pomegranate and cilantro stuffing, spinach with walnut and sumac or sun-dried tomatoes with toasted almonds. The fatayers are then baked in stone oven and serve hot.

Fine bulgur soaked and mixed with boiled potato, pumpkin and spices into dough. The dough stuffed with walnuts and onion stuffing, formed into dome and then baked until golden. The dome is drizzled with chili and pomegranate sauce.
